How fast will my Heir Heavy gear arrive? We offer three secure, fully insured shipping methods across the United States to deliver your new iron upgrades directly to your doorstep or garage gym:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – Highly recommended if you need your gear ready for your next training split!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Heavy gear demands careful handling. Every order undergoes a rigorous safety and structural welds inspection within 1-2 business days before being securely packed. You will receive an automated email with tracking logistics the moment your package departs our fulfillment center.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Due to the heavy weight and oversized dimensions of our commercial-grade strength gear, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. However, we proudly deliver to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States.

Are your barbells and plates built to Olympic standards? Yes, 100%. Our signature bars and weight plates are manufactured strictly to Olympic specifications, featuring standard 2-inch sleeve diameters, exceptional tensile strength, and precise weight tolerances to guarantee a professional lifting experience.

What kind of maintenance does Heir Heavy equipment require? Our gear is engineered to be extremely low-maintenance. However, to extend the lifetime of your bars and steel:

  • Wipe down your barbell shafts with a stiff plastic brush and a light coat of 3-in-1 oil once a month to clear out chalk and sweat.

  • Keep your equipment in a climate-controlled or dry environment to prevent moisture buildup.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We stand firmly behind the indestructible quality of our gear. If a piece of equipment doesn’t completely align with your training style, we accept returns of unused, unblemished items in their original, undamaged packaging and crates within 30 days of delivery. (Please note: Due to the high weight of strength equipment, customers are responsible for return shipping freight costs unless the item is defective.)
